Karlyn is the owner of MomsRewards.com, a very popular site for work at home moms. It's no wonder MomsRewards.com is so popular. Karlyn says she doesn't think of it as a business, but more like her baby. We can see this with the amount of attention she gives the web site and the information you provides work at home moms on the site. This site is a way for Karlyn to promote her Avon business, but it is much more than that. She lists contests, freebies, bargains, products made by moms and much more.

Karlyn is the webmistress of her site. She decided to start this business out of her love for being at home and supporting other moms at home, like herself. She wanted to share her desire for good bargains, free stuff and work at home ideas.

Internet based success comes from loving what you do, says Karlyn.

Karlyn balances her work and family life by keeping her computer in the family room.

Her kids know that she is available anytime, even though she is typing away.

She always makes sure to have plenty of time with her husband and kids to help balance the time she spends online and when she is on Avon calls.

Karlyn says she doesn't have set working hours but she begins her day by waking up early before her kids awake. She checks her latest emails and updates the necessary files for the day. By the time her kids wake up, she is usually wrapping things up until later. She makes sure to spend time with her children, making sure they keep up with their goals and responsibilities for the day. Karlyn checks back at the computer for email while the kids are busy with other tasks. She avoids going online in the evening as much as possible. Evening time is family time and Karlyn wants to ensure she is with her family.
