Tracy Lyn has balanced her own home life and business by understanding that "balance is an average. There will always be crazy busy times and then slow times. We need to make sure that we are aware that balance is an overall goal." For example, if she has a week filled with evening engagements, she will make sure that her weekend is free. Even if not every single day can have complete balance, the balance is achieved over time.

Scheduling is a very important part of Tracy Lyn's life and she is careful not only to make a schedule for her business, but she always makes a schedule for her family as well. Tracy Lyn insists that all work at home moms need to remember why they are working from home. If it's to be home with the children, moms should make sure they are there for them.

Home based business success comes from commitment and planning, says Tracy Lyn. All moms need to prioritize their goals, write business plans and set up their working hours. Management is required in all aspects of an entrepreneurial mom's busy life.

Tracy Lyn plans to pursue her writing career even further by being a regular writer for a few magazines and she will continue to promote Mom Management to hopefully become a Canadian bestseller. She is also looking into to starting a Mom Radio Show in Alberta, Canada.

Outside of business, Tracy Lyn says, "I am also very proud to be a mother and to have such a wonderful relationship with my husband!". She even plans to complete her seventh triathlon this year.

Which begs the question ~ where does she find the time? I guess that's what Mom Management™ is all about!
