If you get a lot of email and SPAM there are programs you can get that make the person sending an email type in the code they see so that the email can't be sent by a spambot. I guess that wouldnt' work very good if you are subscribed to lists,etc throught that email.

I dont' know how much it costs but I know one of them is SpamArrest.com

I think, no matter how much we dislike spam, we're going to be stuck with it, just like with telemarketers. It seems like no matter what I do to avoid them both, they keep sneaking in. :( If someone could develop a guaranteed way to avoid them both, someone would be very rich!
