There's Nothing Better Than Satisfied Clients

Postby tishialee on Tue Jul 24, 2007 11:47 pm

There's nothing better than getting rave reviews from a client, especially a brand new one.

I was contacted last Thursday from a possible client about my transcription services and she hired me for a job on Monday. I had it back to her first thing Tuesday morning and by later that afternoon she sent rave reviews back to me :-) And I now have a new client!

Sometimes I feel like my work goes unnoticed but then emails like the one on Tuesday make up for it.

There's nothing better than a satisfied client :-)

Be sure to add her raves as a testimonial to your website!

Great job getting a new client! Positive feedback like that does wonders for self-esteem, doesn't it? It pumps me up for the whole day!

Gotta question about adding the email to your website testimonials. Do you generally have to ask for permission prior to adding them, or are you free to use them because the comment was sent?

Wow that is quick Tishia! Congratulations on getting a testimonial.. that is always nice when people tell you how happy they are with your work.

Mara, I always ask permission. I figure that way I don't upset anyone in case they don't want to have their name up there for some reason.

Good job Tishia! That was a quick turn-around.

Mara, I always ask too and most are okay with it but occasionally I'll have one request not to list their location or maybe only want to be listed with their initials and city, state.

Mara I think you should always ask for permission to use a person's testimonials!

Speaking of which, I really need to update my site because I only have one testimonial on there and I have several to use now!

I look forward to seeing the updated page with all those testimonials, Tishia. :) Congratulations, again, on the new client.
