weekly goal

Postby LorettaOliver on Mon Nov 12, 2007 12:44 am

I like to set a main weekly goal for myself. One thing that I need to achieve to consider it a successful week. Sometimes it's a certain number of blog postings. Other times it's researching a topic in depth. Or networking a little more. I try to make it different every week so that I don't get stuck in a rut of "I must do 10 blog posts per week."

What type of goals do you set for yourself each week?

I do something similar. I have a list for the week of things I need to accomplish, the I break that down into daily steps... my main goals are around writing and building up my current businesses so I'm setting aside time everyday just for that.

I have annual goals and then break those down into monthly goals but I don't break them down any farther. I just add them to my printout of monthly tasks and work from there.

I do have weekly and daily 'to do' lists though that keep me on task.
