Tahitian Pork Chops Recipe

Tahitian Pork Chops

8 pork chops
3/4 c. sherry or other cooking wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
1 clove garlic
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. maple syrup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in a skillet. Place in a baking dish. Put all other ingredients into a blender container. Cover and process until smooth. Pour over pork chops, cover and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender and done.
