Yummy Banana Pie Recipe

Sunny Banana Pie Recipe

1 9" graham cracker crust
2 bananas
1 8-ounce pkg. softened cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 3-ounce pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
toasted coconut

Slice bananas onto graham cracker crust. Gradually add 1/2 cup milk to softend cream cheese. Mix until blended. Add pudding and mix in remaining milk. Beat slowly for 1 minute. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill for 3 hours. Garnish with toasted coconut.

Pies are my nemesis ... the one baked good that always gives me grief. (So I buy premade crusts -lol-) But, this one sounds really easy and quick to make! I'll have to give it a try.

I baked a cheesecake over the weekend...I followed this great looking recipe on a package of Cherry Cordial Hershey Kisses...took me 2.5 hours to make it but it was sooooooooooooo worth it! It was devoured in a day here at my house so I blogged it.
