Crock Pot: Mexican Ribs Recipe

3-4 lbs. beef short ribs
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can beef consomme (or use a combination of beef boillion cubes and water)
1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

In a large frying pan, brown the ribs, pour off any excess fat. Mix beef consomme with dry taco seasoning mix and then throw in your chopped green pepper, salt and pepper. Put the browned ribs into your crock pot and pour the sauce over them. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Mmmmmm ribs....... and here I was wondering what to make for dinner with my inlaws tonight :lol: I think I'm about to go buy a pack of ribs!

We love ribs...both beef and pork ribs...especially in the crock pot or hot off the grill.
