Yes, but the hard part is coming up with a unique product yet considered as a necessity and not a luxury.

This is basically what Apple does with it's new and higher generation Ipod and Iphones to replace the old ones just when almost a lot of people seem to have one already.

It's actually just like a trap to make customers buy the new products again.

But as Janice said, coming up with a unique idea is the hardest part. It should exceed the product to be killed... or it won't be any good.
