Goals for Spring!

Postby LorettaOliver on Tue Mar 31, 2009 1:55 pm

Spring brings the renewal of all things and it's a good time to look over the goals you set for the new year and reevaluate those, check off the things you've accomplished, make some new goals, etc....

What are your goals for Spring?

Spring cleaning, among other things.

Ugh.

Business spring cleaning! Seriously evaluating projects, services, etc to see what's working and what isn't. Then eliminating all those *great ideas* that hit me at 2AM and then either never got completed or turned out to be not so great.

Also streamlining my processes, schedule and such so I can make better use of my time. Business is booming but until I invoiced recently, I didn't realize how many extra clients I had taken on. No wonder I'm so tired!

I packed two bags of clothes for Goodwill and cranked up the shredder in our home office. While getting rid of clutter wasn't a goal at the beginning of the year, it is now and it's necessary so I can find those goals that got buried under piles of stuff.

I did the same thing recently! I had a few too many of those 2AM ideas that I had bought domain names for .... I didn't realize how many until the beginning of the year when I took inventory of all my domain name accounts! oopsies!

Good post topic!

Besides cleaning and organizing my office (yikes!) I plan on growing my email list substantially over the spring. Also, I have 3 speaking/panel member gigs coming up and my goal is to get through them successfully and pick up new clients!
