Avon offers a choice of two starter kits. Consultants can sell at home parties, online through a website available from the company, and using other direct sales methods including fundraisers, which seem to be very popular and effective. In addition to the base commission, consultants are rewarded with additional percentages based on sales volume and can earn up to 50% commission.
