Premier Designs sell high fashion jewelry at home parties and through fundraisers and using other direct sales methods.

Consultants earn 50% commission on their sales and can earn additional income by building a team of sponsored consultants. To get started there is an application and authorization fee of $395 which provides the consultant with forms, the handbook, training materials, and access to website and home office. There are three sample jewelry kits to choose from starting at $100.

Consultants are provided with an online access to a back office for company information, but customers cannot order online.
