Cookie Lover's Themed Gift Baskets

It is one of our favorite comfort foods.  We love to eat them warm with a glass of milk.  Cookies make the day seem a little better.  Give the gift of a cookie based gift basket to that cookie lover you know so well.

It used to be that chocolate chip cookies were the favorite cookie, around America at least.  Now, we have so many cookie recipes it is hard to choose a favorite one.  People fancy nuts, dried fruits, white chocolate chips, butterscotch, and other additions in their cookies.  One is hard to choose.

Gourmet cookie gift baskets come with a variety of boxed delights for your eating pleasure.  If you fancy yourself a cookie baker, whip up a few to add to the gift basket of for a friend.  Be sure to package them in airtight containers after they have cooled for maximum freshness and longevity.  There’s nothing worse than a dry cookie that could have been avoided.

Maybe you know someone who likes many types of cookies.  Find a small box of each type of their favorite cookie to include.  Stuff as many cookies as you can inside the box to be shared with friends.

Making cookies is almost as fun as eating them.  The cookie lover will need a few supplies to create their favorite confections.  Cookie cutters, rolling pin, cookie morsels, and a new baking pan can create lots of delicious cookies. 

We all have our favorite cookies but that doesn’t mean we know how to make them ourselves.  A cookbook of cookie recipes gives the recipient a few hundred to make and share with others.  New cookie recipes will be a hit around the holidays.

There are several ideas to explore for the gift basket. It can be a regular picnic basket or a container shaped like a cookie.  A basket with a flat top can be decorated with cardboard cutouts to resemble a giant cookie.  A few fake cookies on top wouldn’t be a bad thing either.

Who couldn’t use a cookie after a long day at work or school?  Your cookie lover basket could be just the thing to make the difference between a good day and a great day.
