Hello,
It seems like there's a resurgence in questions about blogging. Just over a year
ago (or maybe it's longer...I can't remember anymore!), it seemed that online
marketing moms were really getting into blogging.
A lot of those great blogs that were set up, soon fizzled out and sadly became
part of the Internet graveyard. Why did this happen?
Of course, I don't know the specific reasons of each blog, but from talking to
other moms, here's some of the possibilities:
1. The blog didn't seem to increase business.
2. There was a shortage of ideas on what to write about.
3. The traffic didn't come fast enough.
But that doesn't mean blogs don't work as business builder. You might just need
a new approach to your blogging.
If you didn't already know, my "Alice FAQ" has a special section dedicated to
blogging. There's just a few articles there right now, but they answer some of
the most important questions about blogging, including:
1. Should I start a blog or a message board?
2. How can my blog make me an expert?
3. Blog vs. mailing list content.
4. What should I blog about?
5. How do I drive traffic to my blog?
Check it out at:

And remember, if you have any questions, check out the Promoting & Developing
Your Business forum at the message boards. There's lots of great questions
already answered about blogging or feel free to ask your own:
