Hi,
How are you today? I hope things are going well and you’re excited about your
business. I know this online “thing” can have many ups and downs and staying
motivated and on track isn’t always easy.
Just last week, I had a coaching session with a client and we talked about
things that were holding her back and keeping her from success. I know she’s on
the verge of a breakthrough though and I can really see her starting to look at
things differently and making a huge effort to improve her situation.
With the action she’s taking, there’s no doubt in my mind her business will be a
success. But anyways, once we finished the session I asked if what I had said
made sense to her and she said it definitely did but wished that she had the
information recorded!
And you know I probably should be recording the sessions and giving them to the
clients, but I just really need to get my head around audio. I’m an old
fashioned type of girl when it comes to this stuff and I’d rather just get on
the phone and have a good old chat session and really work through things
without fumbling around recording stuff.
Still I do understand the value of having an audio to listen to. I love my
audios that I have from several mentors and I regularly listen to them, usually
while I’m working out or waiting for the kids at one of their activities.
So I do see the value and in this case I though - you know what I better record
an audio of some of the things we covered during the session and give it to her.
I went ahead and recorded an audio and added a little extra info and sent it to
my client. Then I thought it would be cool to share it with you too.
I’ve added it to the site and you can listen directly there or download it for
easy listening at your leisure. I also included a written transcript in case you
prefer reading and taking notes.

Once you listen, stop by the forum and post your comments. I would love your
feedback. We all have setbacks and sometimes it just takes a little extra to get
us moving in the right direction again. If you’re struggling or trying to figure
out how to get back on track, it helps to share and talk to others who are going
(or have gone) through the same thing… and believe me we all do at some point.

I look forward to your comments! Take care and speak soon.
Wishing you much success,
