A Detailed Review & True Story...
I first heard about
Site Build It! (SBI! for
short) in September 2004 when I started searching for work at
home options. When I first started my search I wasn’t sure what I had
in mind but I knew that I basically needed to make some extra money to
help out with the household budget.
I also needed to do
something that was flexible and allowed me to work around my three
children (1, 2 and 6 at that time). As you may know, it’s not so easy
to work outside the home with three young children… and for me,
personally, that just wasn’t an option.
I had previously
owned a home a business so I had been at home from day one with my
oldest son. Going back to full-time work outside the home was something
I wanted to avoid at all costs. After selling that business, however, I
needed to find something else fast…
That Search Led Me To SBI!...
After reading the stories of other people who had
built home businesses using SBI!, I was really drawn to it. From the
start, I sensed that SBI! was an honest, real solution… and amidst all
the online marketing hype and get-rich quick schemes that’s quite
unusual.
So I decided to
purchase SBI! and try my hand at building an online business. Here’s
the thing, even though I was an experienced business owner, I had NO
technical ability whatsoever. In fact, I wasn’t even a big online
surfer at that time. But SBI! can help anyone, even someone like me
with very limited technical experience, build a website.
Words Can't Explain SBI!..
It’s actually hard
to put all of this into words, but SBI! does way more than help you
build a website. SBI! takes you through all the necessary steps of
building a proper, long-term online business. You see, anyone can build
a website nowadays. There are many tools out there that make it fairly
straight forward for anyone with little or no website building
experience.
But the thing is,
that once your website is built if you don’t get traffic to it, you may
as well not exist – well in the big picture (the internet) you actually
don’t, because if people can’t find your website then it’s pretty much
useless… wouldn’t you agree?
I Wish Someone Had Told Me...
that without
traffic, you don't have a business. You see, before I built my SBI! site, I actually
built a first website using a different site builder, but at that time I
knew so little about online business and how it worked that I fell into
the trap many people do. I had a website but no traffic.
Even worse I
didn’t really know the real purpose of the website or how I was going to
make money with it… that business lasted a whole 2 months! (not good
wouldn’t you agree?)
That’s why I’m
thankful that I found SBI! a few months after building that first site.
In a sense it was like starting over. But SBI! helps you take small,
tiny steps that lay the foundation for a long-term business. There are
no shortcuts with SBI! and it’s definitely not a get-rich quick scheme.
The Cold Hard Truth...
The truth is that
any profitable business that will actually be worth something, will take
time and effort. The beauty of using SBI! is that they make the
technical aspect of building a business soooo easy that you don’t
concern yourself with that. SBI! gives you ALL the tools and the
step-by-step information you need to succeed -- you provide the
motivation… and of course a little bit of work.
But here’s the
thing. Once you start building a solid business, one that you know will
be successful and that you’re proud of, the actual “work” part doesn’t
really feel like work. Once you sit down to work on your website,
you’ll feel a sense of excitement, a sense that you are contributing
something good to the world, a sense that you’re laying the foundations
of your new life.
It may sound like a
tall order but YES you actually get all that from SBI!
Happily Ever After? Not Quite...
Now you may think
after using SBI! I went on to have more SBI! babies and lived happily
ever after – I so wish that was the case! But my story doesn’t end
there… let me tell you a little more about what happened after I built
my first SBI! site.
First the good part…
for about 6 months, I worked on the site and felt great. Within 6 weeks
of building the site I checked my stats and to my amazement I was
averaging 4000 monthly visitors to my site! At the time, I was making
money with Google AdSense ads (SBI! will show you all the different ways
you can monetize your website once you get started). I was also
recommending other products within my niche for a commission (again, no
need to learn about this now, SBI! will explain it all!).
I was doing really
well but here’s what happened about a year into my SBI! experience… and
I’m almost ashamed to admit it but here goes…
I Got Sidetracked...
I did. Instead of
adding to my growing niche and building a second, third SBI! site, etc.
I fell for the online hype. I sort of abandoned my SBI! site and
started building other websites using another - at the time - popular
site builder. I started listening to the “so called” gurus and
experimenting with different niches and ideas… basically I was searching
that “pot of gold” dangled in front of every person who dreams of
building an online business.
And even though the
people at SBI! work hard to help you avoid this, I’ve always had
somewhat of a stubborn streak in me. My mother used to say that once my
boat has been steady for a few months she prepares herself for it to
start rocking!… what can I say, I’m a true rebel without a cause ;-)
Looking For The Pot
Of Gold...
So I followed my
stubborn streak, adamant that there was something I was “missing”
online… I set out to hunt for my pot of gold. After a few years of
buying product after product, going left and right and back to start, I
actually did make some money… but it didn’t come easily. I worked hard
for it.
I’ve tried so many
different things and different niches. Some of the things I wasn’t
completely happy with and I too fell into the “promote work at home
products” mentality. Here’s the thing, did you know that most people
selling work at home products have never actually made a dime doing
anything else than selling work at home products…
Now tell me, how are
they qualified to help you if they can’t make money in any other niche
other than working from home? Luckily...
I "Woke Up!"
I have become very disgruntled with the whole internet marketing
and work at home industry. That’s why I made a vow to myself to only
promote opportunities that I truly believe are solid, real, and honest.
Internet Based Moms is a great site and provides tons of free content
and real advice and solutions for anyone wanting to work from home… I’m
very proud of it and all that it does to help and give back, but it’s
simply not enough.
Why? Because to
build a solid business, you need the tools and steps to actually succeed
– mainly you need traffic. But not just any traffic… you need targeted,
ready-to-buy traffic.
You also need to know how to communicate with
your visitors so that you’re not shoving products down their throat in
an attempt to make a few pennies… because in the long run that’s not
very nice and you want to be able to sleep at night right?
Remember, your
website visitors are looking for one thing only – information. That is
the reason people surf the internet. In order to succeed online, you
need to know how to communicate in a manner that will help you pre-sell
that traffic… so that when they do buy something from you or take an
action that will make you money, they do so on their own will and you
know that you’re not forcing or tricking anyone. You can feel proud
that you’re helping people and making money in the process.
That's What SBI! is All About...
It’s the only
program out there today that will help you build free, targeted,
long-term, pre-sold traffic... I guarantee it. I know because I’ve
tried just about everything. And even though I have been somewhat
successful with some programs, keep in mind, that I have a few years of
doing this under my belt. But nothing, nothing at all has brought me

After 4 plus years
of being an online business owner and now being at the point where I
make a pretty comfortable living… I have come full circle. The only
